So glad I ignored the adverse reviews!For someone who likes baked potatoes (and who doesn’t?) this is a no-brainer purchase at the current price.There are some good ideas for potato fillings for both 1 and 2 persons, plus some based on more commercial offerings that would involve some pre-batch cooking, perhaps suitable for domestic baked potato parties or as an adjunct to barbecues.I enjoyed this book on a number of levels – as a basic recipe book for new ideas, for the humour, for the life story and triumph over adversity, and as a potential inspiration to young entrepreneurs to get in to the general world of street cooking and hospitality.Buy it and enjoy!
