Is there subscription for add-on camera or WUUK app?

WUUK Homebase is built in 32GB local Emmc storage, all connected add-on cams can save events video locally.

Can it support 2.4G/5Ghz WiFi?

WUUK wireless security camera theoretically supports 2.4G/ 5Ghz WiFi signals, the signal of the device is connected via Homebase. Home base can provide a wider signal coverage and more stable signal transmission.

Is the security camera system monitored 24/7?

Sure. If we turn on the motion detection function, WUUK cams will detect motion all day. Please notice that the WUUK wireless camera system doesn’t support 7*24 continuous recording, it only supports events recording

How to connect the WUUK Homebase with the home network?

Use the ethernet cable(included in the package) to connect the WUUK Homebase and WiFi router, power the Homebase, and then finish setup on WUUK app.
