The children I teach are into the crayons stories at the moment, they are amusing while teaching and I don’t mind reading them repeatedly as they are funny

Having purchased both ‘The day the Crayons quit’ and the ‘The day the crayons came home’ I thought my son would like a Christmas version. However after opening the very lovely hardback cover you’ll find this just a gimmick. Only one sentence per page. The illustrations are still lovely but if you are looking for content I wouldn’t bother. I should have read the reviews.
