Jack Kelly is Hannah’s best mmc yet!
Jack Kelly is Hannah’s best mmc yet! I absolutely adored Hannah’s ice hockey college romance, but this was such a festive breath of fresh air of her writing and I loved absolutely everything about it. I truly hope that this isn’t the last we see of Fraser Falls!Now onto the main stars of the shows; Clara and Jack. I absolutely loved that they were older, their insane banter and chemistry, it had me so, so giddy!! I was savouring their moments together, their forced proximity and the one couch/bed trope that they inevitably face. They are my favourite, favourite couple of Hannah’s, and I truly thought that nothing could top Aurora and Russ! 🤭This was so perfectly festive, with the grumpiest man, and small town warmth and charm, and the most adorable dog— Hannah also writes the best dogs, pet companion, and Elf was the cutest doggie!The side characters in this, too, were just as lovable and funny; I truly had the best time in Fraser Falls!Love, love, love!!Tropesholiday romancecity girl x small tow boyforced proximitysmall townI received a free copy of this book and am leaving this review voluntarily. Holiday ever after is such a cute, feel good, festive romance!Fraser falls sounds like a Hallmark movie dream!Vibe check -🎄 small town🎄 feel good festive romance🎄 rom com🎄 meddling neighbours🎄 furry friend stole the show🎄 grumpy x sunshineWhen Clara arrives in Fraser Falls to deal with a PR nightmare created by the family business, she didnt think she would fall in love with the town quite as much as she does! When our grumpy MMC does everything he can to make the task more difficult, tension boils over. Can Clara save the project and score her dreams position within the family company?The reason for the 4 stars is mostly to do with the 3rd act breakup. I wasn’t a fan and it seemed really lost and out of character from the rest of the book. Otherwise I really enjoyed!

As the book says – who needs a hallmark movie when you have Fraser Falls.This book was great, it’s hard to summarise how much I enjoyed reading this. I wanted to savour every page, transport myself to the setting and throttle certain characters. Clara and Jack were an engaging pair from the moment they first met. Their chemistry was immediate and undeniable, banter comical and relationship tender.This is most definitely a feel good book. We follow Clara as she ventures to Fraser Falls to resolve a PR nightmare originating from the program she set up at her family business months prior. As we follow her through her journey, we see her make connections, resolve problems and become a true beating heart of the community. We see reluctant town members one over by her and she is a character that is impossible to not love.

This was pretty cute, a classic, cosy Christmas romcom with all the feels and none of the cringe.Clara is on a damage control mission in Fraser Falls after her family’s toy company comes under fire for stealing a local store’s iconic doll. As she works to gain the towns trust, she ends up falling in love with more than just the town.Clara and Jack have a fun dynamic and good chemistry. As it was described by a character in the book, they are definitely the same person but in different fonts. They have different outlooks on situations but ultimately want to do all they can to help the people around them. This has a good small-town feel with fun side characters, and I absolutely loved Flo as the sassy town matriarch.Autumn has only just started, but this has got me feeling ready for the festive season.Thanks so much to Netgalley and Little Brown Book Group for the ARC of this book. This is my honest review.
